    Q: Lay-Bys
    Does Scrapbooking Blossom allow Lay-Bys?

    A: We sure do!
    Please make sure you check out using the Bank deposit Method AND PUT IN NOTES that you require this order as a lay-by.

    We require 20% non refundable deposit within 3 days of order made, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

    Weekly payment instalments are required there after.
    Our Lay-By terms are 3 months from the date of Invoice.

    Q: Pre Orders
    What is a Pre Order?

    A: Pre Orders are not in stock. They have either been ordered in or A New Release Item that we ourselves are waiting on. All Products will have an estimated wait time in product description given to us by the manufacturer or supplier.

    Once these items have arrived they will be sent out in the orders received.
    We require a 20% non refundable deposit, to secure your order.
    This saves us having numerous customer orders that at a later stage they may want to cancel and then we are left with bulk product. To leave a 20% deposit
    on a Pre Order You MUST choose the Bank Deposit method for first payment.
    Other wise Pay Pal will request the order total in full.
    You can pay the full amount at the time of check out of you prefer.
    If you want to cancel your order, you will be refunded the full amount less 20%

    With Pre Orders that do not apply for flat rate postage, you will be emailed an updated invoice when stock has arrived and we will quote exact postage rates supplied by Australia Post.

    A: We reserve the right to change product or shipping prices at any time. While we do our best to keep our prices down sometimes supplier and postage costs increase to a point where we have to pass them on.

    Q: Shipping Time & Returns
    What is your policy on shipping and returns?

    A: We pack your items with the utmost care and cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. We highly recommend you select the Registered Post option under Postage Options Category which can be found on the left hand side near main categories for security of your order and peace of mind.
    Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post we CANNOT guarantee shipping time or be held responsible for any delays in delivery to you.

    We will accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase date on items only that were sent due to error on our part or have a fault. We do not accept returns on items simply because you have changed your mind. We do not refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

    One low flat rate of $7.50* per order,
    Free post on orders over $150* Australia wide.

    When you create an account with us your details are retained in our database. It is your responsibility to keep your log in details secure. These details are not used for any purpose other than the delivery of your orders.

    How can I pay for my order?

    A: We accept Paypal, Direct Bank Deposit and Australian Money Orders,
    Please be aware that there will be a delay in sending your order until funds are cleared in our bank account If choosing the Bank Deposit or money order option.
    We use Paypal for Credit Card payments. The major reason for this is that we never hold or have access to your sensitive bank account or credit card details, so you can rest assured you can shop safely with us without any of this vital information being compromised.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    A: Scrapbooking Blossom will endeavor to have your order packed and posted within 24-48 hours, Or next Business day.
    However this does depend on payment method, or any Pre Orders made.
